A little bit about myself and my studio...
After graduating from Olivet College with a bachelors of Music Education, I have devoted myself to teaching private voice and piano lessons and directing children's choirs. I am a member of the Music Teacher's National Association, the Michigan Music Teacher's Association, and th Capital Area Music Teacher's Association. I have been teaching in the Lansing Area for 5 years and currently teach around 30 students. All my students perform very well at festivals and recitals, learn solid music theory and technique, and most importantly enjoy making music. Teaching is a great joy for me; watching students learn and grow as musicians is a very rewarding career path!
I offer private lessons and several classes during the school year and in the summer. I invite you to peruse my website, learn about private music lessons and group classes, and let me know if you have any questions!
